The Unplugged Project, known for live performances recently released their first single Faasle. The band is known for live performances across formats like corporate events, weddings, music festivals, colleges and pubs.
Unconditional love for music of the trio, vocalist and guitarist Manish and Aditya and drummer Ashwani makes their band even more special. The Unplugged Project is equally adroit in Hindi and English music, something that comes across not only in their mash-ups but their original songs as well.
Till date the band has played more than 800 gigs across the globe and have the esteemed record of never having a bad show.
The band has received rave reviews from Gargi College, Sri Venkateswara College, AIIMS, Kasauli Rhythm & Blues, Grub Fest, Horn OK Please Fest. They are not just a cover band. They are a serious bunch of musicians and songwriters and all of them write, compose and produce their own music.
The Unplugged Project talks exclusively with Fashiongaze. They said, “The reason for making Faasle was to bring our own music out and people sing our song. There have been times when we have played our own song in between gigs to check how it is being received by people. Our own songs also opens up another avenue for our gigs and we target more college events, food festivals having bigger crowds to showcase our original talent. Apart from Faasle we are also working on our second single.”
