ROYAL CHINA’S CHRISTMAS MENU

In a glitterati ceremony Aashita Relan, Director, Royal China, the authentic Chinese Cuisine l at Nehru Place unveiled new Christmas menu to celebrate the upcoming Christmas.
The new Christmas menu included Shanghai Chicken Xiao long bao Dumpling, Carrot and Turnip ,paste without egg, Crispy Seaweed, Salt and Pepper tofu, Lamb Money bag, Vegetable fried wonton Dim Sum, Appetizers and Soup(Tricolour Fish Dumpling,Lamb Money Bag,Roast Pork Puff,Sesame Prawn Toast); 2nd Course Crispy Aromatic Duck,Vegetable Lettuce Wrap;3rd Course Veg Hong Kong Noodle,Garlic Veg. Fried Rice and Dessert PlatterToffee Banana,Chocolate Buns.The bar menu included Blended Whiskey and Single Malts, Vodka and Gin,Rum, Cocktail and Beer, Mocktails and Canned Drinks.
The guest who attended the celebrations were Rocky Mohan and Atul Sikand, Founder Delhi Gourmet Club, Dr. Sanjay Kushik, Chairman, Paramount Group India, Chef Saransh Goila,celebrity chef of TV show Roti, Rasta Aur India; Sunil Sukumaran, Chairman, Epicure Food , Sumit Goyel, Sourish Bhattacharya, Sita Raina,TV and theatre personality ; Janti Dugal, Ranojoy Mukerji, Automobilist, Rachael Tanzer and Lavina kharakwal just to name a few.
