New York-Signature Fashion Tour Mumbai

In a bold stride to rise above the cluttered calendar of the Indian fashion industry, the Signature Premier ‘World of 8 International Fashion Tour’ showcased the best and most creative elements of International fashion capital New York in Mumbai, the Indian fashion capital with great gusto.  A concept that has caught the eye of the nation, Signature Premier brought alive the sophistication of New York fashion in Mumbai through its ambience, flamboyant cuts and designs with renowned International & Indian designers blending their designs creatively to provide an exclusive bold and beautiful fashion experience!

International designer Frank Tell showcased the curate version of his Spring Summer 2012 collection, inspired by suspended bridges which were also showcased at New York Fashion Week. The glamorous Miss USA Rima Fakih walked the ramp with great finesse as his showstopper showing off his innovative designs.

Ace Indian designer Manoviraj Khosla showcased his collection which is a young collection with shades of greys and blacks in checks and stripes mixed with whites giving it a trendy day to evening look. Tie dyes & texturized fabrics were used in silks & organza’s mixed with Indian weaves and converted into western silhouettes. Velvet, highlighted with Swarovski elements rounded up the collection. Bollywood star, Riteish Deshmukh showed off Manoviraj’s collection with much aplomb while walking the ramp as his showstopper. It was a perfect amalgamation of the bold and beautiful in true Signature style!
