The line of security solutions includes new features to guard against threats like webcam hacking and data theft

ESET launched version10 of its premium line of security solutions for home users on 8^th December’2016. Built upon the award-winning NOD32 technology, ESET Smart Security Premium offers the optimal mix of detection, speed and usability. Additionally, the new product provides features that includes ‘ESET Password Manager’ for easier and safer authentication, as well as ‘ESET Secure Data’ for convenient and strong encryption.

Besides ESET Smart Security Premium, users will also be able to make the optimum usage of the brand new ‘ESET Internet Security’. For gamers, the incredible ‘ESET NOD32 Antivirus 10’ remains the ideal suite with enhanced protection and shield against script-based attacks.

With the new range of products, ESET highlights the need for privacy when operating PCs and laptops. For instance, ESET Webcam Protection – available with both ESET Smart Security Premium and ESET Internet Security – calibrates access to the camera thus ensuring full protection for the end user. Consumers will be able to monitor, block, or allow processes and applications striving to access the webcam, and switch off the computer’s camera as needed.
