“I think as a father it’s a proud moment for me to walk alongside my daughter. She is looking very pretty. I can’t give a speech on fashion but all I can say is that Reynu is an amazing designer and she has made me look very stylish. It was not difficult to walk on the ramp. Its all in the mind. I was very comfortable in the clothes,” Govinda said.
Narmmadda, who wore a gold and black mosaic dress, said that she is in love with Taandon’s clothes as they are vibrant.
“Reynu Taandon’s collection surprises me every time; the outfits are sexy, beautiful, chic and easy to wear. Her designs appeal to both Indians and westerners alike. I love her clothes and would love to use them in my movies,” she said.
Asked when she will make her Bollywood debut, Narmmadaa said, “This year you will definitely see me on the big screen. Thats for sure,” she added.
The collection comprised of dresses, gowns, jackets tunics and tops. The colours used in the collection were black, beige, brick as the base tinted with selections from a multicoloured palate that serve as the highlights . My label ‘Mynah’ has come a long way and become a part of the luxury lexicon. I believe in continuous innovation and creativity to help my business evolve thus justifying its imprint in the fashion arena across the globe,” Taandon said.
