Blenders Pride Fashion Tour-My Blend, My Pride!

 

The Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2018 was the finest amalgamation of Pride blended with super high dose of Fashion and no wonder, when it’s a stalwart from the industry decides to create magic that’s unseen before it unfolds on the ramp. We have the ace designer Tarun Tahiliani in question here and the answer to this question lies in the finest craftsmanship this designer puts to display every time, leaving the masses spell bound.

The show was not an event that one just attends, BPFT was a picturesque kaleidoscope of Tarun’s larger than life creations and a celebration of how far the design industry has gone retaining its pride and how a passionate connoisseur of art retains the pride through each ensemble.

Held at the Quorum, Gurgaon, the designer showcased more than 50 looks and each look was magnificent, exuberating a rich A-class couture and A-class fabrics. Tahiliani said, “This show for me is a real blend of my journey and the myriad and varied influences that have made this up.”

As they say, you need that face to stop a show, that face which justifies your craft and the nuances of your craft. Tarun very aptly had the super-gorgeous actress Disha Patani  to stop the show, aahaa, we mean, the showstopper. Wearing a feather light and intricately embellished black lehenga.  Disha said, “I can’t believe that a lehenga can be this light”.

But the buck does not stop here, we are still to watch the rich saga of fashion that the Blenders Pride gets to us as the show travels to Mumbai later this week.
