New Delhi 2nd December 2011, Designer Jaya Rathore has showcased preview of her Couture collection at Ogaan, Hauz Khas village .Keeping up with the spirit of the space, the collection celebrated the beauty of a bygone era.

Jaya Rathore’s interest and knowledge of Indian craft forms have fueled her experiments with textile revival. Her explorations of heritage weaves and embroideries have resulted in pieces which surpass the ‘age and time’ expiry dates and possess an inherent heirloom value. Heritage embroideries, revived techniques and old folk motifs are brought to life on contemporary shapes.

Guest & Friends were graced this evening to celebrate included Socialite Dimple Fauzdar,Nidhi Bhageria, artist Niladri Paul, artist Sunaina Malhotra, Aashti Bhartia, Shagun Khanna, designer Preeti Ghai, Rashi Bhimani, Rachna Kapoor, Aanju Yaadav and Liza Verma and many more.
Ogaan is known for its quality and unique designs, reviving age-old Indian traditions and carving a niche for Indian fashion worldwide.
