City celeb’s grace inaugural Championship edition at Hang Out

 

The inaugural edition of the ‘Game on Championship 2017’ curated by Shalini Vij at the city’s recently opened ‘Sports Diner by Hang Out’ at Select City walk was one rollicking event that saw Celebrity bowling, pool & dart competition. The celebrity contestants and the guests had a gala time while enjoying the game of Bowling, Pool, Electric Dart over Live music and scrumptious food.

The inaugural edition of the Championship witnessed 4 celebrity teams competing against each other in a highly captivating contest, graced and cheered by the capital city’s crème de la crème. The team owners Arjun Sharma –Director, Select Citywalk, Rajiv Makhni – Tech Guru,Rohit Gandhi and supermodel Sonalika were pitted against each other in a well fought battle royale for the coveted trophy. Emcee Imam Siddique added more charm to the evening by bringing the guests to their feet and making them vibrantly extend their support to their favorite team.

 

The city’s glitterati were spotted in their sporty best enjoying the lively music and sipping on the finest drinks while witnessing the 1^st ever glow in the dark black light bowling arena, shooting, electronic darts and trying out the latest in Virtual technology at the VR Zone at the Sports Diner. Among the prominent personalities who registered their presence at the ‘Game on Championship’ evening were Rohit Gandhi, Rahul khanna, Rina Dhaka,  Varun Bahl, Imaam Siddique, Rashmi Virman, Arjun Sharma, Sonalika, Donna, Bonnie Arora, PromilaBahri, Meghna Vallaya, Anjali Hooda, Vesna Jacob, Ramneek Paintal & Rajatsingh, Malini Saihgal, Ashanti, Nitin Vijay, DevikaSahni, Monisha Bajaj, Jattin Kochar to name a few.

 

The F&B at the Sports Diner party brought its own unique spark with sporty fusion from around the globe in sync with the legacy of sportsmanship with dishes like Fussball Arancini, Goal Post Souvlaki served on tennis racquets, cricket bats and colourful cocktails doing rounds.

Besides, The Sports Diner has the 1^st black light arena bowling with UV lights, neon balls, black light reflecting carpet, lanes, capping, side painted walls to give you the 1st of its kind neon bowling experience as its 2nd segment called the Hi Lanes Bowling, with 4 lanes each catering to 6 players with full seating capacity & service & party area.

The Private party & Pool table area is the 3rd segment where interestingly the pool tables can be converted into dining tables if your requirement is not to play, with choice of games like beer pong, beer buck it, electronic darts, you sure can have a party for grownups here, while the kids have a separate floor upstairs on the 4th floor called ‘Hang Out Kids’.

The fully stocked bar made of individual wine corks and changing LED light pillars adds character to the place with its high tables seating, and indubitably happens to be the perfect place for grabbing a bite, or catching the happy hour. The dining area has a 6-seater family booths promoting mealtimes with family and friends. The game room at the SD is different from the atypical ‘Hang Out Kids’ with the games here being selected, keeping the grown-ups in mind, with bar stools and drink service.

The game room promises to allure grown-ups for not just enjoying the games, but also getting inspired to win the prizes at the Winners Corner. The Winners corner has prizes to be won ranging from pens to a steam iron, power banks & you may even win an I-pad too, all you need to do it get lucky on those games. The staircase segregates, and yet connects the ‘Hang Out Kids’ upstairs a full floor catering to 10 and under with games, rides, playgrounds and lots more which is again is carefully selected keeping their tender age & requirement in mind.
