Charu Prashar’s sports charm

Designer Charu Prashar has added one more feather in her cap as she has participated in Yonex Sunriser Badminton Tournament launching event and showcased their specially design collection for Indian Badminton Players at Ashoka Hotel New Delhi. Union Minister Kamal Nath has inaugurated the event followed by fashion show by Designer Charu Prashar. Charu has showcased her newly designed collection for players.
Speaking with fashiongaze Charu said, “These collection have been specially designed for the players keeping their profile, body structure and face feature. As sports people are very different than other conscious people. The Theme of the show was Indian Ethnic wear, so colours and embroderys specially done keeping them in mind. So that they look like divas and different from whatever they have worn till now”.
“Also I feel truly honored to be designing for them as feel they are the real stars and other sports besides cricket need to be pushed and glamourised more often she added”.
Players included Sania Nehwal, Ashwani Punnappa, Jwala Gutta, Pullela Gopichand and other participating has walk the ramp in Charu collection. Sania Nehwal has walked the ramp as a show stopper.
To mark this event more memorable the famous band Indian Ocean gave their live performance and thrill the gatherings.
