Barbeque Nation offers a cool new way to beat the summer heat

When I first got to know that Barbeque Nation, a pan India restaurant chain is offering around 800 flavoured ice creams in his newly launched~ Kulfi Nation, for a foodie like me took no time to mark a presence in the restaurant. Located in Cannaught Palace, Barbuque Nation is pioneer in buffet service. Moreover, the restaurant is promoting ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine with a concept of live on-the-table grill in India.
Ambiance of the restaurant is fine, the décor is very impressive and suitable to be with your friends or family or office colleagues. In restaurant, there is always a pleasant environment and it becomes more beautiful with live music.


In terms of food, the restaurant offers Mediterranean, American, Oriental, Asian and the Indian subcontinent. But we were there try their new introduction~ a special Kulfi Nation (within its outlets). In Kulfi Nation an ice cream lover can gorge on all the Kulfi they like at no additional cost. They can drool over a range of Kulfi with plentiful options on dip sauces, toppings, sprinkles, flavourings and crushes. Among some of their signature offering, we tried Paan Kulfi with Gulkand, it was good tasted as if we were chewing, then it came Fig Kulfi with Caramel and Praline toppings teamed with Nutmeg powder it was also good. Then we also tried strawberry Kulfi and regular Mango flavour kulfi. Apart from it, the restaurant also offers toppings such as Roohafza, Honey, Mango and Kiwi, and many more verities from its astounding 800 options of Kulfi.
