VIRTUES

The prêt line by Viral, Ashish and Vikrant gave us a smart and chic clothing option for Indian summers. The clothes were comfortable, airy and cool keeping in mind of the forty-five degree heat wave that prevails in India. The collection is a mix of digital prints and solid colours in chander, silk muslin, voile and tulle with a very optimistic approach. Vibrant hues of yellow and greens were combined with muted digital prints in a Bohemian approach. An off-shouldered chanderi and silk dress started the show followed by a sequence of voile printed tunics. Clinched waistline on flared silhouettes can be strongly associated with elegant lady-like dressing. See-through fabrics were crafted into tender ruffles in a short dress. Floral waist belts graced the clinched waistline accessorized with smart and chic handbags. Hints of embroidery and surfaces were seen in the collection where the digital prints prevailed predominantly. Mirrors made a short appearance on a black kurta with intricate prints on the neckline and bodice paired with a tangerine trouser. The chic and smart clothing line is for today’s optimistic woman who celebrates each day making a statement with ease and comfort.
