Of the many designers that have come together to present couture films wrapped in virtual brilliance, Day 4 of FDCI’s second digital edition of India Couture Week 2021 saw magnificent Ashima Leena ‘Nazm-e-Mahal’ collection embellished with flavour of royalty yet comprising simplicity.

Keeping in mind AL signature style of textile crafting, the collection is created with unique mix of weaves to generate majestic patterns. To make it more realistic, antique brocade sarees have been sourced from the original wardrobes of the maharanis from their palaces of Rajasthan, and have been restored by weavers from Banaras.
NAZM-E-ALAM collection comprises of classic blouses, circular lehengas, antique delicate sarees with jewelled tassels, brocade- woven odhnis with antique gold fabrics and re-interrelated lengthened jackets that can be worn with various classic silhouettes.
Blend of soft dusky pink, ivory, magenta, aqua, pomegranate red, beaten gold, bold pinks, deep emerald, sand-like beige dominates the color palette of the collection.
Jewellery by Archana Aggarwal added grace to the collection and completed the magnificent look.
