To become one with the pure and sincere kami I must exorcise the false.” These are the word that designer Anand Kabra used to explain his theme “Becoming kami” in the autumn winter 12-13 edition of wills India fashion week.As the theme suggested the collection was very solid in look. Neutral shades like khaki, black and raw white were used in fabrics like heavy cotton, chiffon, organza, slub silk, coated wool amongst others. Prints like rippled reed, lotus and embroidery like zardosi, cut work lace and dori were used.
The overall look of the collection was very transparent, luminous and controlled. Prices tarts from Rs8500.
