AN UNIQUE NAVY BAND PERFORMANCE

[tab:Feed]An outstanding and exceptional performance was conducted, by the NAVAL Officers Band at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, Navy Band rarely performs at any public Venue. This was the only band from the Armed forces that was invited to the house of the President Barack Obama at the White House for the official Presidential dinner.

It was an infrequent treat that the audiences were in for as the band enthralled one and all by the various performances that the band did. It was an assorted mix of music that the band played, they played music that ranged from classical to pop to rock and retro and they also in between mixed a bit of the recent Bollywood hits to really capture the mind’s eye of the audiences.

The dignitaries that came in for this rare and special performance were the GM of Ambience Mall, Mr.Sandeep Datta, Commanding Officer INS INDIA Commodore Vinay Garg, Gunnerary Officer , Commodore Jaya Charan.

Speaking on this wonderful occasion, Commodore Vinay Garg thanked Ambience Mall for inviting the Navy Band to come and perform at the venue and also stated that this was the starting of the Naval Week celebrations, as Navy Day is celebrated on the 4th of December, he further went on to state that there are going to be more of such performances that are coming up at India Gate on the 20th & 27th of November.
