FDCI selected14 new faces for ICW 2016

 

Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) has conducted #Getnoticed female model auditions for the upcoming India Couture Week, 2016, and shortlisted 14 new models. The models who were judged on the basis of poise, confidence and elegance after a nation-wide search, will add glamour to five days of pure grandeur.

The eminent jury comprise ace choreographers Anu Ahuja, Arpana Bahl, Asha Kochhar and Vidyun Singh and prestigious names from the fashion fraternity Gaurav Gupta and Manav Gangwani, who shortlisted 14 beautiful faces, to walk the ramp at the upcoming edition of FDCI India Couture Week 2016, which will commence from 20^th July and will be concluded on 24^th July 2016. <br></br>

“FDCI brings together the finest talent from all over the country whether it’s designing, choreography, styling or the world of modelling. We are revealing the most beautiful and talented faces, to showcase stunning creations by our veteran designers this season. This year, too, the bar is set high as they were judged by an esteemed jury”, said Sunil Sethi, President FDCI. <br></br>

Couturier Manish Malhotra is the opening designer for the Couture Week this year.Manish will showcase his bedazzling creations on July 20^th at 9:30 pm at the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi. Whereas ace designer Rohit Bal will showcase his latest collection on the closing day of India Couture Week 2016. Rohit’s show will be held at an offsite venue on July 24 in the capital.<br></br>
