Halloween Costume Party at Hang Out

Hang Out the famous gaming parlor for kids at Delhi and Gurgaon have organised the most awaited Halloween Costume Party. While Halloween is a festival that is celebrated highly in western countries, it is starting to find its feet in India as well.
